One of a series, which is intended to give students the chance to evaluate and assess their progress in the study of the law of torts, this book shows students how to tackle the sort of problems found in examination papers. The authors have selected a range of hypothetical problems and essay-style questions from across the whole range of the law of torts. Considerable emphasis is given to the tort of negligence and its off-shoots, but there are also chapters on defamation , economic torts, trespass, nuisance and the rule in Rylands v Fletcher.
