I went to the Olympics in Atlanta and Salt Lake City. I volunteered with the Israeli army and in a Palestinian village. I did a stint with the Peace Corps in the Czech Republic. I saw the terra cotta warriors in Xian, China, the Sydney Opera House in Australia, the favelas in Rio de Janeiro, and the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain. I flew in a tiny mail plane beyond the Arctic Circle, and I dogsledded in Alaska. Did I mention that I am 78?
