Maggiori informazioni sul libro
1991 saw the emergence of the Grunge scene coming out of Seattle and spear-headed by Nirvana. Their first album, Nevermind, toppled Michael Jackson's Dangerous and sold over ten million copies. Their second album, In Utero (which was originally banned due to its cover image), established Nirvana and lead singer, Kurt Cobain. In April 1994, Cobain ended his own life amid much speculation and disbelief. Rolling Stone magazine had followed Nirvana from its early club beginnings and this book charts its haunting images, the band's rise, the untimely death of Cobain, and aftermath of Nirvana.
