It additionally features facsimile reproductions of Mayer's writings and newly commissioned essays reflecting on her work and the influences of astronomy, feminism, the art scene in New York in the 1960s and '70s, poetry, religion and Renaissance painting.

The fourth and last volume in the series of KUB Arena publications is the very first comprehensive publication on KAYA , a joint project initiated by the painter Kerstin Bratsch and the sculptor Debo Eilers in 2010, in collaboration with the then 13-year-old Kaya Serene.
