Brutally honest account of a life of heroin addiction and prostitution. Despite the subject Holden's prose weaves around the subject matter beautifully. There was so much detail in her descrptions of life in the brothel that I felt like I was a fly on the wall. At times the length of these descriptions could have been kept shorter but on the whole a throughly engrossing book.

A taky o snaze tu novou pravdu přijmout.
