There are sections on artists and historians, churches and chapels, hooked rugs, old silver, shipbuilding, folk songs and dance, the market places, old streets and ancient houses. More than 300 illustration, photos and maps of French Canada, most of them dealing with the capital city of Quebec or the immediate countryside, are included in this volume.
