All Bluebell wants is to be a big, fluffy cloud. Right now, she's tiny and funny-shaped. When people glance up at her, they don't pay any attention to her! That would surely be different if she was a larger size. Wouldn't it be amazing if she could be BIG? When a thunderstorm rolls in, Bluebell might just get her wish. But is being bigger truly better?
