Love by Design was written by Kieran McGovern for Elementary-Level readers. The story explains how Tom has failed his exams and now cannot study photography at Art College. Bored with his job at the library he does not know what to do. One day a beautiful girl called Rita walks into the library and the couple's futures become linked.

This is an Elementary Level story in a series of ELT readers comprising a wide range of titles - some original and some simplified - from modern and classic novels, and designed to appeal to all age-groups, tastes and cultures.
