After his encounter with the mysterious winged angel Ale, Shun discovers he has a special power to suppress the evil element Noir. Along with his two classmates, Sanari and Tsukasa, who also have similar powers, they continue to purify souls possessed by the Noir.
Shun wields special powers to manipulate static electricity. When an angel named Ale picks up on his powers and chooses him to become her partner, he's tasked with battling an element of Man's evil called Noir that possesses human beings. Together with his secret admirer Sanari and her angel, Blissful, Shun's rival in love, Tsukasa and his angel Soleil, they fight to purify human souls and for Sanari's affection.
