The history of spas in this country has a long tradition - the first documented mention about healing waters springs dates as early as the 12th century. Let's set out on a trip. Proměny Prahy na základě srovnání dobové a současné fotografie téže lokality. Dvojice fotografií téhož místa pořízených s různým časovým odstupem (od patnácti po sto padesát let) doplňuje velmi stručný uměleckohistorický komentář (datace stavby, příp. přestavby či zboření, jména architektů, sloh, současné využití). Snímky jsou řazeny vzestupně podle data zhotovení starší fotografie. Publikace je cenným dokladem stavebních proměn města, ale nezahrnuje žádný místopisný rejstřík ani obsah, takže orientovat se ve shromážděném obrazovém materiálu v podstatě není možné.
