Sprycjan i Fantazjusz), który tworzył ją od 1959 do 2001 roku. W 2003 roku cykl przejął francuski rysownik Laurent Verron (Le Maltais, Odilon Verjus, Fugitifs), a po nim scenarzysta Christophe Cazenove (Sisters, Kasia i jej kot) i grafik Jean Bastide (Sherlock Holmes Society, Wojna Sambre'ów).

62pages. in4. Broché. Boule est un petit garçon facétieux qui vit entre sa mère (exemplaire), son père (''bricoleur'' et gaffeur) et Bill (gentil cocker). Cette bande typiquement familiale a débuté dans les pages de SPIROU en 1959. Si Boule apparaît dans tous les gags, Bill lui ravit rapidement la vedette. Ce chien farfelu apprécie bien sûr les os, les jolies chiennes, sa copine la tortue, ses amis les oiseaux et son jeune maître (Boule). De son trait rond, et jovial, l'auteur décrit par une suite de gags les aventures quotidiennes de cette famille particulièrement sympathique qui vit dans une maison où il fait bon vivre. L'environnement de cette famille est tout de suite un pavillon coquet, un jardin et une voiture (la fameuse 2CV rouge)!
