Présentation du projet des architectes Willi Foretscher et Christian Lichtenwagner, lauréats de la session 4 du concours Europan dont le thème était construire la ville sur la ville, à Innsbruck (Autriche). L'ouvrage retrace les différentes étapes de leur travail, de la commande du client, concevoir 105 appartements et divers équipements publics, jusqu'à sa réalisation.
