The first of two books which together present a collection of 16 comic sketches in two graded levels. Each book includes teacher's notes, acting tips, guidance on vocabulary, preliminary practice, and follow-up activities. Corresponding cassettes and CDs are also available.

The sketches in the book practise specific language areas, and are accompanied by role-playing and improvisation activities, as well as exercises for listening and reading comprehension, writing exercises and puzzles.
