In het Franse dorp Amour-sur-Belle waait het altijd. Het is een lelijk dorp waar het met de liefde, ondanks de naam van het dorp, niet zo goed gaat. De getalenteerde kapper Guillaume Ladoucette geeft zijn zaak eraan nu te veel van zijn klanten kaal worden.
