Valutazione del libro

Maggiori informazioni sul libro

The core text of this book consists of lectures delivered at a gathering of Czechoslovak business leaders who participated in a cooperative educational program at Covenant College in the summer of 1992. At the time of these lectures, Czechs and Slovaks were at the beginning of their political separation, which has since been completed. The authors express hope that the transition of Eastern Europe from a controlled communist economy to a free market economy will be facilitated by this cooperative program. More importantly, they hope that during this transition, the Czech nation will rediscover the heart and soul of Jan Hus, which will play a significant role in the journey toward a new greatness for the country.
