Maggiori informazioni sul libro

In 1833, in Mississippi, Lierin awakens from a nightmare—she has lost her memory and does not even know her name. She finds herself in a confusing situation, unsure which of the two men who have entered her life, Ashton Wingate or Malcolm Sinclair, is telling the truth. Ashton, a charming plantation owner, believes Lierin is his beloved, taken from him by a cruel fate. Malcolm, on the other hand, tries to convince her that she is his kidnapped wife, Lenora, Lierin's twin, and does not hesitate to entangle her in a web of deceit and lies. However, Lierin will find happiness only in the loving arms of Ashton as they work together to unravel the mystery of her past and rediscover the passion of a unique feeling that had been lost but never faded from her memory.
