Biography and Filmography of Francis Boggs, the director who made the first film in Los Angeles in the early years of the Twentieth Century. His life and career ended tragically when he was shot in a Japanese gardener on the grounds of the studio in Edendale. Today almost forgotten, this is the first publication on this early pioneer of Hollywood's motion picture industry.
