His ambiguous work constantly tests the boundaries between independent sculpture and architecture, often referencing the historical structures of Mies van der Rohe and his concept of the liberation of architectural elements and the creation of transitional zones between interior and exterior space. Craig's work was exhibited in Documenta 10.
