The company with limited liability is a corporate form that is of great importance for Austrian legal practitioners working on transnational matters. Due to the growing internationalisation of the economy, translations of provisions of the Act on Companies with Limited Liability are often required for persons who are not able to read the original German text. This translation aims at making the original German text accessible to non-German speakers in a quick and reliable way. The bilingual structure of the book ensures that readers will be able to swiftly find the relevant provisions of the Act and compare the translated text with the original text.
