Naoko Tanaka is a Japanese artist based in Berlin. From 2011 to 2016 she develops a series of installation-performances named the shadow trilogy. More than just a documentation of those performances, the book raises questions around Naoko Tanaka's works and major topics. „Schatten Trilogie“ displays research sketches, photography documentation and essays from the writer Yōko Tawada as well as texts from theater and art researchers.
