The teenagers of Gotham City have adopted the R and made it their own. A new Robin? No, hundreds of new Robins! The Boy Wonder has inspired a movement in Gotham, where different people of all creeds, genders and religions have donned the R insignia to combat crime. But will this clean up the city... or make more trouble than it's worth?
Following the epic events of the ROBIN WAR, the Robins are tired, tested and could use at least a little break from the non-stop action of the world of crime-fighting and superheroics. The only trouble is, the villains of Gotham see the aftermath of the Robin War as the perfect opportunity to strike the worn out and weary teen wonders.
