A richly illustrated album-style history of Prague under Nazi occupation. Ch. 5 (pp. 113-134), "The Prague Jews, " relates to the introduction of anti-Jewish laws and segregation of the Jews in 1939-41, resettlement of Czech Jews, deportations to Theresienstadt and to Poland, and destruction and looting of Jewish communal and private property. Describes, also, the Theresienstadt ghetto, a "show ghetto" aimed to deceive the world concerning the fate of the Jews. States that of 39,395 Jews deported from Prague to Theresienstadt, 31,709 perished. Of the 92,199 Jews who lived in Bohemia and Moravia in 1941, only 14,045 survived. Soubor básnického díla Vladimíra Nárožníka (1939-2002) představuje předního českého knižního grafika a dlouholetého výtvarného redaktora nakladatelství Odeon poprvé jako jednoho z nejvýznamnějších básníků jeho generace. Vladimír Nárožník vydal v roce 1964 básnickou sbírku Slova, carte blanche, poté ale publikoval jen několik básní časopisecky. Od roku 1970 vznikalo Nárožníkovo básnické dílo skrytě jako jeho privatissimum. Nikdo nevěděl, že autorem významných básnických skladeb Anglické hodiny a Canto, otištěných v letech 1975 a 1979 bez uvedení autora a bez názvu v pařížském časopisu Svědectví, byl právě on. Svazek shrnuje všechny dochované Nárožníkovy básně. Uspořádal jej a zevrubnou ediční poznámku napsal Jan Šulc, k vydání připravil Jan Zelenka, doslov napsal Vladimír Justl, životopisné kalendárium s fotografiemi sestavila Dagmar Nárožníková. Kniha, doprovozená autorovými kresbami, vychází v grafické upravě Martina Nárožníka.
