The journey to Samantha was the most unique adventure I've ever been associated with. The people we met and the places we saw were inimitable. I stood on the steps of the Great Wall of China and was able to see the wall curve and wind through the mountains and valleys. It was humbling! I stood on the banks of the Pearl River and watched as the city of Guangzhou lighted up the sky at night. It was beautiful! I witnessed the street traffic, congested and busy with automobiles, motorcycles, scooters, pushcarts, bicycles hauling ox carts, and pedestrians scurrying past and around each other. Vehicles and pedestrians alike were all jockeying for position, all in the name of commerce the product of a country with 1.8 billion people. I shall never forget these things! We were in China to get our daughter and take her home. This book chronicles our story through an ordinary and simple man's view. I wanted to enlighten everyone not so much with China's history, but with the journey of our adoption process.

This is the third and final book in the series of The Reperception of Circadian Rhythm and The Weight of a Suggestion . This Ambrosian Absolution takes the reader out of the profound darkness of love and life and back into the light; closing the doors left open. In this powerful, dramatic, and poetically masterminded opera, the author, Steven G. Deaton, takes us into his world of love and life. Torn between two Queens, he shares passion and guilt about an undying love for a respectable commitment to one and disturbing commitment to the other. He describes what each of the Queens mean to him in his heart felt portrayal of love all the while questioning the Father of All in search for the answers of life. He finally finds peace within and the strength to move forward by granting the one last request of his father. Curtis T. Doell This, Mr. Deaton's third book, deviates from his prior genre. He may surprise readers by the way he has softened his narrative to tell his tale of love. Mr. Deaton again exposes another side, perhaps a more vulnerable side, as he escapes further into his drama by exposing his love for one woman.... The reader becomes the spectator in the author's operatic stage show. Is this book going to complete the trilogy of the author's corporeal life? Or can we expect more? In Mr. Deaton's own words, "only time will tell."

From the Heart of a Down Chick by Sasha Bonay is riveting and captures the essence of a young woman's trials and tribulations. Based in the heart of the five boroughs of N.Y.C, this book hits close to home. It is a poetry anthology that actually reads like a novel! She takes you through her life and the lives of many close to her. Everyone knows or have heard of someone going through these same issues. If you've ever asked yourself, "Why doesn't she leave?", "I wonder what she's thinking.", or "What's going on with her?" Sasha Bonay tells you and doesn't cover up the ugly truths. Her battle and war scars show through every line. Many men and women will be able to relate to the growing pains of love, life and loss. The levels of realism in "From the Heart..." are way beyond this 24 year old. This is one book you won't want to put down!
