The story centers on young Sean Murphy and his group of tight knit friends as they experience the wonders and awe of the river known as the Roaring Brook Creek. Sean was on a mission that summer to dive the sixty foot cliff down at the Falls simply known as the Killer. What starts out as an innocent story of a groups of kids just trying to have fun slowly turns into one of mystery and intrigue. It starts with the kidnapping of a young lad when Sean and his friends quickly find themselves thrust into the middle of the investigation and efforts to help save the boy. Sean learns to adapt a special talent along the way which surprises everyone, including himself.
