I think of myself as the most successful failure in the history of Hollywood. Led to believe before my twentieth birthday that I'd be writing for my favorite TV show before I was old enough to drink legally, I swallowed the bait, blindly followed the elusive dream, came within inches of the goal line on numerous occasions...and crashed right on my keyster every time.
