Vznik matematické logiky je první revolucí v logice od dob Aristotelových. Úvodní část tvoří český překlad, druhou a třetí část doprovází faksimile prvního německého vydání (1879) – druhá část je dvojím překladem: do češtiny a do dnešní symboliky, třetí pak výkladem–přepisem do současného značení i jazyka.
