Der Wunsch nach Individualität von mittel- und hochpreisigen Automobilen stellt in Europa eine zunehmend wichtige Kundenanforderung dar. In der Vergangenheit wurde die Fahrzeugindividualisierung nach dem Prinzip des Postponements in der Montagelinie mit einer aufwendigen Logistik für die Linienversorgung realisiert. Ein neuer Ansatz ist die „Späte Fahrzeugindividualisierung“, bei dem die Wartezeiten der Fahrzeuge in der Distributionskette für Individualisierungsarbeiten genutzt werden. Für die Individualisierung werden spezielle Workshops eingerichtet. Die Umsetzung dieses Konzeptes erfordert eine Neuplanung der logistischen Netzwerke für die relevanten Warenströme und gegebenenfalls eine neue Zuliefererstruktur. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein integrierter Ansatz gewählt. Ausgehend von einem allgemeinen Flussmodell erfolgen die Definition der relevanten Variablen, Parameter, Randbedingungen und Ziele sowie die Umsetzung in ein mathematisches Modell. Als Lösungsmethode werden genetische Algorithmen herangezogen. Auf der Grundlage rechnergestützter Experimente mit zufallserzeugten Daten werden die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse und Zusammenhänge hinsichtlich Kosten, Zuliefer- und Auslieferzeit aufgezeigt. Abschließend wird auf die Entwicklung eines rechnergestützten, datenbankbasierten Tools eingegangen, das den Planer bei seiner Entscheidungsfindung zum Design des logistischen Netzwerkes unterstützen soll. Die Modell- und Lösungsansätze werden verifiziert. Die Verfasserin hat mit der vorliegenden Arbeit neue wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse für den anspruchsvollen Prozess des Netzwerkdesigns der Logistik zur „Späten Fahrzeugindividualisierung“ erarbeitet, die auch für die Praxis von großer Bedeutung sind. Als Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Fachgebiet Planung und Steuerung von Lager- und Transportsystemen der Leibniz Universität Hannover hat die Verfasserin auf der einen Seite erfolgreich Forschungsprojekte bearbeitet. A Bounded Rationality Analysis
This book studies the organizational influences on judicial discretion within Adjudicative Committee (AC) proceedings in China. It argues that institutional reforms and practice have mainly reduced judicial discretion within AC proceedings through the rationalization of organizational processes. This central argument will be of particular interest to the readers, as previous studies offer little insight into the overall impacts of judicial institution reforms. This book is the first that uses the bounded rationality theory developed in economics and related disciplines to formulate an analytic framework for a systematic and comprehensive examination of the impacts of organizational factors on discretion within Adjudicative Committees’ decision-making processes. Readers will gain a practical and fresh understanding of the Chinese judicial reforms.

Der Schutz des Wettbewerbs als Institution ist vor allem wegen seiner verschiedenen wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftspolitischen Funktionen und Aufgaben von hoher Relevanz. Die Umsetzung des Wettbewerbsschutzes, insbesondere durch das Kartellrecht bzw. die Vorgehensweise gegen einseitige Beeinträchtigungen durch marktdominierende Unternehmen, weicht mitunter im Detail in der Europäischen Union und in der Volksrepublik China aufgrund spezifischer, teils kulturell und teils politisch bedingter Eigenheiten voneinander ab. Im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit steht die Missbrauchskontrolle, die neben dem Kartellverbot und der Fusionskontrolle eine der drei Säulen des Rechts gegen Wettbewerbsbeschränkungen bildet.
