Arranged alphabetically by title within genres, the 728 entries include information such alternative titles, required (and optional) instruments, approximate duration, movement titles/subtitles, first several bars, first line of text, sources and dates of individual works, first publication and first public performance, first recording, derivation and borrowing (including self-borrowing), Ives' models, important literature, discography, and commentary.
