The PROFES Organizing Committee is proud to present the proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Product-Focused Software Process Improvement (PROFES 2008), held in Frascati - Monteporzio Catone, Rome, Italy. Since its inception in 1999, PROFES has become a recognized international conference dedicated to software process improvement (SPI) driven by product and service quality needs.
