Between 1999 and 2002 Artur Yusupov produced and published in Germany a series of ten small booklets, each one covering a particular chess theme. These lectures included topics of a differing complexity, such as 'Candidate Moves', 'Passed Pawns in the Middlegame' or 'Back-Rank Combinations'. These booklets became quite popular, not only with German-speaking readers. Many of Yusupov's trainer colleagues liked this form of individual training and used the material in their classes too. Now these lectures are finally available as one complete set, in an English translation.
