The initiation, planning and implementation of change processes are increasingly looked upon as central leadership responsibilities in organisations pursuing economic aims. Whilst system characteristics like order, consistency and security are mostly connected to the term 'management', conceptions of change, movement and designing are associated with 'leadership'.
