The concept of Transcultural Leadership is increasingly recognized in both academic and practical contexts. In light of today’s complex economic and societal developments, effective leadership now requires competencies that extend beyond traditional models. Transcultural leadership addresses the challenges posed by globalization and the need for cross-cultural cooperation.
