Millennial generation is one of the current generations that are occupying the jobs market and considered to be the largest segment of workforce. The research is expected to be a special significance because it is one of the rare studies that focus on millennial generation in workplace in Saudi Arabia, as well as it is expected that the findings will contribute greatly to the understanding of millennials workforce characteristics, values, behaviors and attitudes The ultimate goal of the current study is to evaluate the perception of human resources professionals of millennial in workplace in Saudi Arabia.
