The diploma thesis investigates static, spherically symmetric perfect fluid solutions to Einstein's field equations, incorporating a cosmological constant. It presents derived constant density solutions for varying cosmological constants, identifying eleven distinct types of solutions. Additionally, the work includes a proof demonstrating the existence of a global solution when the cosmological constant is less than 4 Pi times the boundary density, as defined by the equation of state.
