Focusing on the challenges faced by HQ AFMC regarding the underfunding of the Second Destination Transportation budget, this research investigates the impact of spending restrictions on inter-theater vehicle movement. By analyzing the relationship between funding control actions and vehicle logistics, the study aims to aid decision-makers in resource allocation. The findings reveal no correlation between funding restrictions and vehicle movement capabilities, although the absence of evidence does not rule out the possibility of a relationship.
