Focusing on the evolution of ethical thought, the narrative follows Tetsuhiko Uehiro, who, inspired by the aftermath of Hiroshima, dedicated his life to promoting traditional ethics in Japan. His son, Eiji, expanded this vision by establishing the Uehiro Foundation on Ethics and Education, collaborating with the Carnegie Council.
