The book explores the introduction of domestic gasifier stoves in Kenya as a solution to challenges faced by smallholder farmers, such as diminishing fuel sources and soil degradation. It highlights the benefits of cleaner combustion, which reduces fuel consumption and harmful emissions compared to traditional cooking methods.
