At first glance, the town of Stegasaurus is a peaceful place nestled in an isolated region. But something sinister lies beneath its placid appearance making it a virtual battleground between good and evil. As a spirit and incarnate, Rick Carter battles an outrageous host of forces, including a bumbling school superintendent named Elmo Bumpkiss Binkie, Binkie's bratty daughter Clara, a ghost named Hiram Polecat, Hiram's malicious relatives and descendants, and finally, Margaret Ruth Marston (Meg), who challenges him from the beginning.
