In this book I have photos of the exercises I did and continue with to achieve a toned body. I have two routines, one with no weights and one with weights. I am not going to tell people what to eat like most fitness books because I eat whatever I want as long as it s healthy but I also indulge my sweet tooth. I am sure this routine could help you if you put a little bit of time and effort into it, you won t see results over night but be patient and you ll get there. One day you will look in the mirror and there will be a new you.
