The plot concerns an attempt by a hard line insular faction in North Korea to disrupt and curtail the peace and business negotiations between the two Korean nations by staging an assassination attempt inside South Korea. The story follows an American business man, South Korean and Israeli intelligence agents, a North Korean government minister and a ranking American CIA official as they plot, maneuver and spar toward a cataclysmic climax that could trigger another Korean War.
