This dissertation examines how public announcements regarding controversial infrastructure projects and trade decisions impact home prices in Greater London. It analyzes the effects of Heathrow's runway announcements, BREXIT, and Crossrail milestones from 2015 to 2017, revealing significant negative associations with home prices in most scenarios, alongside positive effects near new Crossrail stations.
