Ben Shephard è stato uno storico, autore e produttore televisivo inglese. Ha studiato presso il Diocesan College di Città del Capo e la Westminster School, laureandosi in storia all'Università di Oxford. Ha prodotto numerosi documentari storici per la BBC e Channel 4, tra cui "The World at War" e "The Nuclear Age".
