Focusing on the environmental and economic ramifications of fish diseases, this work examines their impact on freshwater fish and the efficiency of fish production farms. It highlights the negative effects of fish diseases on ecosystems and underscores the significant economic losses faced by the aquaculture industry, which has global trade implications. Additionally, the study addresses the ongoing issues of aquatic pollution, linking it to the health of aquatic animals and increased mortality rates.

This work is include the most zoonotic fish diseases that transmissible to human, that work can be used in medical, veterinary, agriculture and useful for Fish Farm Breeders. It was concerned with zoonotic infectious diseases including the parasitic diseases which form about 80% from all fish diseases. The fish parasites were the basis of all outbreaks that occurs in fish and were always followed and manifested by secondary infection with bacteria and fungi.

Die Untersuchung beleuchtet die ökologischen und wirtschaftlichen Effekte von Fischkrankheiten auf Süßwasserfische und deren Einfluss auf die Effizienz von Fischzuchtbetrieben. Es werden zentrale Fischkrankheiten identifiziert und deren negative Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt sowie die wirtschaftlichen Verluste, die durch internationalen Handel mit Aquakulturprodukten entstehen, analysiert. Zudem wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Gewässerverschmutzung und der Gesundheit von Wassertieren thematisiert, wobei die Sterblichkeit als Folge von Umweltbelastungen hervorgehoben wird.
