Albert Wendland Libri

La fascinazione per la fantascienza, che accompagnò Albert Wendland per tutta la vita, fu accesa dai suoi primi interessi per l'astronomia e i fumetti. Il suo percorso accademico, inizialmente incentrato sulla fisica e l'astronomia, si ampliò presto per includere la letteratura inglese, riflettendo una doppia passione sia per l'indagine scientifica che per l'espressione creativa. Presso la Seton Hill University, coltivò una ricca carriera accademica, insegnando e scrivendo ampiamente su diversi argomenti letterari tra cui il Romanticismo, il sublime, la graphic novel e la fantascienza stessa. Spinto dal desiderio di coltivare la narrativa di genere, ha co-fondato un programma MFA unico dedicato alla narrativa popolare, che alla fine lo ha ispirato a tornare alla scrittura di romanzi di fantascienza.
