Maloos, a Persian cat, goes to Persia to find his origins. When he arrives he discovers the similarities between himself and the local people. He makes a special friendship with a boy called Arash who accompanies Maloos on exploring the city on a magic carpet, having different adventures and discovering the magic of Persia.
