The project focuses on developing a communication proposal to enhance the image and identity of Campo Ferial 3 de Julio in relation to the Technical, Commercial, and Cultural Exhibition Fair of Oruro (EXPOTECO). A comprehensive diagnosis identified key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The proposal includes specific objectives, actions, activities, resources, and a timeline to address the identified issues. Data collection techniques such as semi-structured interviews, surveys, and document reviews were utilized to inform the strategies proposed.
