This identification enables a deeper understanding of user profiles and supports efficient management processes, leading to targeted marketing actions for service sales.

Se aplica en el ámbito de tecnologías y procesos sociales, identificando factores que influyen en las ventas de servicios de telefonía móvil por telemarketing, optimizando así acciones de marketing específicas.
