Focusing on the challenges faced by young mothers in an Insertion Community, the project explores their daily lives, reasons for institutionalization, and the obstacles to achieving autonomy. It highlights the efforts of institutional teams to foster skill development for both mothers and their children. Originally intended as an internship, the project adapted to a Project Work format due to the pandemic, aiming to enhance life skills and facilitate a smoother transition to independent living for these young women. An action plan is proposed to support this initiative.
