Focusing on the impact of violent video games, this work investigates their effects on aggression in children and adolescents. Through a literature review followed by a descriptive cross-sectional study, the research reveals that these video games do not lead to increased aggressive behavior over time. However, a notable correlation was identified between gaming and feelings of anger or annoyance during play. The findings contribute to the ongoing debate about the influence of video games on youth behavior.
