The study evaluates the effectiveness of a community-based nutrition project in the MIABI health zone, focusing on improving health outcomes for children and pregnant or lactating women. Through analysis of monthly reports and nutritional surveillance data, the research utilized non-probability sampling to assess sensitive indicators of chronic malnutrition. The findings indicate that the project has positively influenced various nutritional indicators, contributing to better health status and reduced infant morbidity and mortality in the area.
